Funshop Park is is a new chain of retail parks that are being built in small and medium-sized Romanian cities, compact facility tailored to the needs of local communities.
Our ambition is to create an environment that is very well suited to the needs and expectations of the inhabitants of small and medium-sized Romanian cities and the requirements of local and international retail chains.
BREEAM is the world’s leading sustainability assessment method for masterplanning projects, infrastructure and buildings. It recognizes and reflects the value in higher performing assets across the built environment lifecycle, from new construction to
in-use and refurbishment.
At the moment, eight buildings from the retail and service sector in Romania have obtained the BREEAM certificate. In total, there are over 250 green buildings in Romania, almost half of them have been certified in the last three years, the most – in 2019 (Green Build 2020). Currently, about 75 percent. certified buildings are located in Bucharest.
Because we care about the world we live in and the environment, all our locations will be BREEAM certified according to international standards. We want to contribute to the expansion of the portfolio of certified buildings in Romania and to the development of this positive trend in the field of sustainable development and construction quality

Privately, he is the proud father of two beautiful daughters and he likes to spend his free time surrounded by family and friends.

Managing Partner
As a managing partner Wojciech is focused on business development and day-to-day company management. He is also an experienced investment manager and advises clients on purchase and sales transactions as well as providing consultancy on various projects. Wojciech has been working on development of businesses in Poland and abroad. Presently, he is developing the chain of Funshop Park retail parks in Romania.
During his professional career he has taken part in: portfolio disposals, new projects developments, complex lease and purchase transactions.
He comes from a background of both developers and agents. After work his favourite activities include: sports, learning foreign languages and travelling.

Leasing Contracts Specialist
She is responsible for administration of leasing contracts, participating in commercialisation of premises and lease negotiation, communicating with tenants, dealing with matters related to property management and financial management. She closely cooperates with accounting, banks and property managers. In her free time she is a proud mother and a book enthusiast.

Livius is our Construction Project Manager for Romania. Graduated construction engineering, having more than 10 years of tracking records in construction, Livius represents Scallier in connection with general constructors, architectural offices and consulting companies, so our vision of quality and concept can be implemented as faithful as possible. Outside business hours, he loves to do sport like lifting weights and he is very passionate about travelling, discovering new places, people and cultures.

Denisa is dealing with technical drawings related to our activity in Romania. Her tasks include developing project proposals, modifying existing commercial layouts to satisfy both the tenants and the landlord needs and dealing with situation plans. In her free time, she trains for sport competitions and loves art.
